      (Consider donating to cover the cost of lighting the public areas or get some for neighbors who will be away).

      (Consider donating an item or service to be auctioned; you don't have to own a business to donate.)

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 15th

ONLINE AUCTION BIDDING OPENS

  • Shop and bid on dozens of donated items from neighbors and area vendors

  • Bidding continues through Sunday, December 17th. 

CLUBHOUSE LANTERN PICKUP 3 PM — 5 PM

  • Pick up the lanterns you ordered online.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 16th

CLUBHOUSE LANTERN PICKUP CONTINUES 10 AM — 12 PM

  • Pick up the lanterns you ordered online.

  • While you're there, join organizers assembling lanterns to set up in the public areas.

LANTERN ASSEMBLY AND SET UP  9 AM — Until finished.  (RAIN DATE: Sunday, Dec 17th, 2023)

CLUBHOUSE PARKING LOT, YOUR HOUSE, or CHOICE OF LOCATIONS

  • Help set up lanterns in public areas and light them at dusk. 

  • In the event of rain, organizers will make a decision to postpone the event until Sunday. (We are monitoring local weather outlets and will announce on social media when a decision is made.)

  • Virtual Auction continues.

  • Set up and light lanterns in front of your own home

  • Help light lanterns in the common areas

  • Go caroling with your family or friends

  • Host a drop-in, open house, or family celebration

  • See torches on the Germander Pond peninsula honoring neighbors who died since our last celebration

  • Take a long walk and enjoy the spectacle

7:00 PM Caroling begins at several locations, watch social media for more info or start your own group

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 17th

Proceeds become a gift to confidentially-selected neighbors in need. To nominate someone for confidential consideration, complete the Nomination Form.

All nominations will be thoughtfully considered if received before the deadline.

 

Contact us using the Memorials Form with the names of deceased neighbors to be sure we honor all of them.
